TeraFlex 1958000 Long Control Arms and Long Arm Brackets deliver unmatched alignment adjustability and reliability for optimal performance on Wrangler JL models with 3–6” lifts. These CAD-engineered brackets are crafted for maximum strength, incorporating both upper and lower mounts in each bracket to streamline installation while maintaining a factory appearance. The Front Long Arm Suspension Crossmember adds extra stability, ensuring robust performance. Adjustable Long Control Arms  (JL: Alpine: # 1316005) (JL: Alpine IR: # 1310505)  are required but not included. These components can be added to an existing suspension lift.

Adjustable Long Control Arms and Long Arm Brackets balance front caster and pinion angles, optimize rear pinion angles, and fine-tune anti-squat geometry for proper suspension alignment on 3–6” lift kits. The Long Control Arms, made from durable 42mm x 4mm (front upper) and 50mm x 5mm (front lower, rear upper, rear lower) wall DOM tubing, ensure maximum strength. On higher lifts, the bolt-on Long Arm Brackets reposition the frame-end control arm mounting points to restore near-factory orientation, reducing bushing stress during extreme droop and minimizing shock load transferred through the Long Control Arms. These brackets are gusseted and reinforced, offering superior strength and reduced noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) compared to other long-arm kits. The premium triple-stage powder coating provides exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.

The Front Long Arm Suspension Crossmember enhances overall strength, and installation is straightforward with a simple bolt-on process that requires no welding. Adjustable Control Arms re-center the axles in the wheel well for proper suspension movement and can also be used to increase the wheelbase. They offer a full range of movement without restricting articulation or flexing off-road. Zero maintenance forged threaded joints ensure smooth, quiet flex. The components feature a premium black e-dipped coating for superior durability and corrosion resistance, and an anodized 6061-T6 aluminum clamp collar secures the rod end after length adjustment.
