Gladiator JT 2020-2024 Jeep (w/0-6" Lift) - HD Forged Drag Link Kit w/HD Chromoly Tie Rod Kit by Teraflex

The TeraFlex 1863900 HD Forged Drag Link Kit & HD Chromoly Tie Rod Kit is designed to endure extreme conditions and abuse, providing a robust upgrade for lifted JT Gladiator models. The HD Forged Drag Link Kit bolts directly to the new High Steer Knuckle (not included) and is 50% stiffer than the factory drag link, effectively eliminating front-end shimmy and alignment issues. Its 1.25" O.D. fully forged drag link prevents excess movement during complex steering maneuvers, utilizing an oversized DOM factory-style adjusting collar and pinch clamp for easy adjustments. The tie rod joint features the same advanced characteristics found in TeraFlex Ball Joints, including a 4140 chromoly ball/stud and a 1045 carbon steel housing, with adjustable joint preload tension ensuring long-term durability. The joint is securely pressed into the rod end housing with a snap ring, providing clearance for factory 17" wheels.

The HD Chromoly Tie Rod Kit boasts a 1-5/8" O.D. 4140 heat-treated chromoly steel construction, making it more than 200% stronger than the factory tie rod. It includes a forged tie rod housing designed explicitly for JT Gladiator models. The tie rod end joint mirrors the features found in TeraFlex ball joints, offering the same durable 4140 chromoly ball/stud and 1045 carbon steel housing. It also features adjustable rod end preload tension for longevity, with the joint securely pressed and the snap ring fastened into the rod end housing. The tie rod end joint rotation is limited to 14 degrees to minimize tie rod roll and provides clearance for factory 17" wheels.

Additionally, the Steering Stabilizer Relocation Mount Bracket Kit fits the heavy-duty 1-5/8" tie rod and includes a 6061-T6 aluminum clamp and a forged 10.9-grade stud. This bracket kit moves the steering stabilizer up nearly 2.5" to reduce damage to the stabilizer shaft or body and repositions the stabilizer to minimize tie rod roll associated with stabilizer misalignment.
