The TeraFlex 1863920 HD Forged Drag Link Kit is designed to endure extreme conditions and prevent the bending and failure typical of factory steering components on both stock and lifted JK Wrangler models. This robust kit enhances the steering experience by addressing the vague and unpredictable nature of OEM steering, making it an essential upgrade for off-road enthusiasts.

It is engineered with a solid 1.5” O.D. I-beam-inspired, fully forged drag link, this kit eliminates excess movement during complex steering maneuvers. It is 100% stiffer than the factory drag link, effectively reducing front-end shimmy and alignment issues. The OEM-style turn buckle adjuster allows for simple alignment adjustments, while the premium black e-dipped coating on the drag link ensures superior durability and corrosion resistance. The kit features tie rod joints with limited rotation on one end to eliminate wobble and noise and full motion on the other to allow for complete turning capabilities. These joints incorporate high-quality materials, including a 4140 chromoly ball/stud and a 1045 carbon steel housing, similar to those in TeraFlex Ball Joints. The adjustable rod end preload tension ensures long-term durability and can be adjusted on the vehicle, with the joint being pressed into the rod end housing and secured with a snap ring.

For additional protection and performance, the greaseable joints are coated with magnesium phosphate, and the tie rod end forgings feature the same premium black e-dipped coating for superior durability and corrosion resistance. This drag link kit is fully compatible with all OEM tie rods and TeraFlex components, including the Front HD Forged Adjustable Track Bar, Delta Brake System, Front Sway Bar Quick Disconnects, Tera60 HD Front Axle with 3.5” O.D. Axle Housing Tubes, HD Differential Covers, Off-Road Wheels, and Falcon Steering Stabilizers. Additionally, it is compatible with OEM knuckles and 17”+ wheels, and its installation does not require any cutting or removal of factory bracketry.
