These U-bolts come with high nuts and heavy duty washers. The U-bolts are also come with black e-coat to protect them against the elements. This includes (4) U-Bolts that are 5/8 in X 3-1/4 in X 17 1/2 in.

These U-bolts are designed to fit with a 5-inch block height. That is the total block height. Regardless of how many blocks you have.
