2007-2021 Toyota Tundra Fox 2.0 Snap Ring Coil-Over Shocks (0-2" Front Lift / Set of 4)

This set of Fox Shocks includes Performance Series 2.0 Snap Ring IFP front Coilover Shocks and rear 2.0 Performance Series or 2.0 Adventure Series Shocks. This kit offers an excellent way to enhance the handling and comfort of your Toyota Tundra while adding additional lift height. These shocks are engineered for both superior on-road smoothness and precise off-road control.

Mono-tube Design

These Fox shocks comprise a mono-tube internal nitrogen-charged reservoir enclosed by an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) segregating the charged gas from the shock oil. This feature prevents oil and nitrogen mixing, a scenario possible in stock twin-tube shocks. This segregation optimizes performance, leveraging the factory-tuned precision valving to its maximum potential. 

Adjustable Lift Height

When installing the Fox Snap Ring shocks, you can choose three preset preload settings that enable a selection of 0”, 1”, or 2” of front lift, providing adjustable height options. Included are specially formed spring seats that allow the use of the factory springs and mounting hardware. This makes these shocks effectively a performance leveling kit.

Shock Construction

The Snap Ring Shock one-piece 2-inch diameter shock body is built from 6061-T6 aluminum that is clear-coated to resist corrosion and rust. Mounting components are black-anodized. The 5/8-inch shock shaft is chrome-plated and heat-treated for durability.

Snap Ring vs Coilover, what is the difference?

The main difference between the snap ring shocks compared to coilovers is that with the snap ring shocks, you are reusing the existing strut coil springs and mounting hardware, while coilovers include the coil springs. This works great unless your existing springs are in poor condition. Otherwise, the Fox 2.0 Snap Ring Shock performs great as a leveling kit and suspension upgrade while being more economical than traditional coilovers.

Fox 2.0 Performance Series Shocks

The rear Fox 2.0 Performance shocks match the front shocks with great looks and corrosion resistance using a 2-inch CNC machined aluminum body.  Valving is vehicle-specific for superior ride quality, while nitrile rubber bushing maintains a quiet ride. Designed to fit with 0 inches to 2 inches of rear lift.

Fox 2.0 Adventure Series Shocks

Instead of the aluminum body used for the Performance Series, the more economical Adventure Series uses a 2-inch OD alloy body construction with a silver powder-coated finish. A large 5/8-inch heat-treated hard chrome plated shaft for increased strength and durability. The monotube design uses an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber.
