F250 / F350 2017-2024 Ford 4WD 3" Progressive Rear Add-A-Pack & Block Kit by Carli Suspension

These Cali Suspension Premium CS-FPAP-45-17 5-leaf Progressive Rear Add A Pack Kit for the Ford F250 / F350 is designed to enhance both performance and comfort. These innovative springs replace the lower overload leaf with six thinner gauge leaves, maintaining the original equipment manufacturer (O.E.M.) load capacity while significantly enhancing the ride quality. These specialized packs are engineered to eliminate the harsh rebound experienced with the factory overload spring they replace, particularly when combined with a Carli Suspension System.

The progressive add-a-pack takes the place of the lower overload springs in the factory pack, which is typically a 1-inch thick leaf that does not conform to the contour of the rest of the pack. By removing this "wall" spring and substituting it with a mini progressive leaf pack, the truck's load capacity remains unaltered, as it is determined by the factory springs. However, the rear spring rate becomes much more predictable, resulting in smoother spring engagement and disengagement. This improvement significantly enhances both ride quality and traction. While removing the "wall" may cause the rear to sit slightly lower under heavy loads, it substantially improves the ride when loaded.

The add-a-pack will increase lift height by 1 inch. To accomidate the 4.5 and 5.5 inch lift systems Carli includes a pair of 2 inch fabricated steel lift blocks for a total of 3 inches of rear lift.
